Norbar Torque Tools has appointed Jeremy Tucker as its new UK and Ireland business manager. Jeremy’s appointment comes as part of an expansion to Norbar’s global sales team.

Jeremy will be responsible for managing sales and profitability throughout Norbar’s existing distribution network and is tasked with maximising torque solutions opportunities within the UK and Irish markets.

Jeremy joins Norbar from BSS Industrial where he worked for 27 years, reaching director level.

Jeremy brings a wealth of experience to the family owned torque tools manufacturer, having worked predominantly in the sale of industrial pipeline and heating solutions throughout the UK and Irish markets.

Philip Brodey, Sales and Marketing Director of Norbar Torque Tools, said:

At Norbar we’re proud to be the world’s leading torque tools specialists, but we’re also proud to be a UK manufacturer. Whilst exports make up a huge part of our business, for us it is vital that we also focus on our own back yard.

Everyone at Norbar has the same desire to increase the sales of our innovative torque solutions in the UK and Irish market and I am confident that Jeremy’s new appointment will help us to achieve that.

Jeremy is joining a strong sales team and we wish him all the best in his new position.

Jeremy joins Jonathan Firnberg, Global Business Manager, and Stuart Clarke, European Business Development Manager, at Norbar’s UK headquarters in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
