The TWA, Torque Wrench and Power Tool Analyser, is the fast, simple and accurate system for the calibration and testing of torque wrenches and torque controlled power tools. As a torque wrench analyser, the TWA is ideal for calibrating all brands and types of torque wrench and torque limiting screwdriver including 'click', dial, bending beam and electronic. The TWA can also be fitted with a Run Down Nose assembly (joint simulator) for the test and calibration of non impacting power tools.

  • Full 5 1/2 digit resolution allows wide calibration ranges.
  • Three essential operating modes allows the TWA to be used with all torque wrench types: 'Track' displays the live value, 'Memory' records the highest value and 'Memory Auto Reset' records the first peak of torque (for click type wrenches).
  • Classification to BS7882:2008, typically Class 1 (Class 1 equates to +/-0.5% of reading).
  • All common units of torque measurement are included. Operators can work in the units in which they are most familiar and conversion errors are eliminated. Unwanted units can be internally switched out.
  • RS-232-C is provided as standard for the output of data to a printer, PC, data capture unit, SPC software.
  • Transducers are supplied with a UKAS calibration certificate from Norbar's in-house laboratory.
  • Switchable 500 Hz signal filter allows power tool testing in accordance with the power tool testing standard, ISO 5393:1994.
  • Rundown Nose Assemblies are available to simulate joints from 0.2 to 700 N.m.
  • Models with Internal Battery Pack are also available.
