Torque Tension Machine

For quality control research into the torque, tension and angle (optional) relationship in threaded fasteners, the Torque Tension Machine provides a means of analysing the effects of: lubrication, surface finishes and lock nuts/locking compounds.

Features

Incorporates torque and load transducers for simultaneous torque and bolt tension measurements.
Optional angle encoders for torque/load/angle analysis.
Models to cover bolt sizes from M3 to M36 (4BA to 1 1/2").
Torque Multipliers fitted to the two larger sizes reduce the input effort required. Electrically powered versions are also available.
When used with Norbar ETS or DTS displays, data can be down loaded in analogue form to an XY Chart Recorder or in digital form via the RS-232-C output.
